长骨骨折术后迟发性感染致骨折不愈合的研究 被引量：3

摘要 本研究旨在观察血清降钙素元（PCT）和白细胞介素-6（IL-6）在骨科感染诊断中的作用,探讨其作为细菌性感染的敏感标志物在感染导致的长骨骨折不愈合的早期预测作用.一、资料与方法1．研究对象：根据骨折不愈合诊断及排除标准和迟发性感染诊断标准，结合临床症状作出诊断；急性感染根据临床表现和实验室检查明确诊断。
