重大工程社会责任与危机管理协同的信息策略

Information Strategy for Synergic Megaproject Social Responsibility Fulfillment and Crisis Management

社会责任缺失以及危机事件的发生极大地削弱了重大工程建设的经济目标与社会目标。基于案例分析重大工程各参与方的社会责任行动对重大工程危机管理过程的影响机制,指出透明、畅通的沟通渠道和信息共享机制是促进重大工程各协作方履行社会责任、实现高效危机应急管理的核心。基于新兴云计算的发展,构建基于私有云的重大工程云服务平台体系架构,从信息策略的视角提出重大工程社会责任履行与危机管理协同实现的建议。

Lack of social responsibility as well as the occurrence of crises will greatly weaken the economic and social ob-jectives of the megaproject. Based on a case study,it analyzes how the collaborative partners’social responsibility actions influence the crisis management process. It points out that transparent and open channel of communication and information sharing is the key to promote the collaborative partners to fulfill their social responsibilities and achieve effective crisis emer-gency management. Based on development of cloud computing technology,it builds the megaproject information service ar-chitecture,in order to achieve synergic megaproject social responsibility fulfillment and crisis management.
