摘要
减阻剂可以在不改变管道运行方式的条件下,降低管道内处于湍流状态流体的摩阻压降,提高流体的输送流量。从某企业磷精矿料浆管道输送的实际情况出发,利用自行设计的减阻剂室内环道装置进行模拟与评价,研究了减阻剂种类和浓度及管道流体雷诺数对减阻效果的影响。实验得出,在室温(25℃左右)、聚丙烯酰胺质量浓度(单位体积的料浆中含有减阻剂的质量)为500 mg/L、雷诺数为14 154(对应管道流速为2.21 m/s)条件下,磷精矿料浆的输送流量从2.31 m3/h提高到3.36 m3/h,增速为45.6%。
Drag reducing agents (DRA) can reduce the frictional pressure drop of turbulent fluid in the pipe and improve the flow of fluid without change the condition of the pipeline operation tnode.DRA indoor loop equipment, which was similar to a company's actual phosphate concentrate slurry pipeline ,was designed to simulate, and evaluate the drag reduction property. The factors on drag reduction property were studied by DRA species, DRA concentration, and fluid Reynolds number, and the optimal conditions were as follows:at room temperature (25℃ ), polyacrylamide mass concentration (mass of DRA per unit volume of slurry,rag/L) was 500 mg/L,and Reynolds number was 14 154 (corresponding flow rate of fluid was 2.21 m/s). Under these conditions, the flow of phosphate concentrate slurry increased from 2.31 m^3/h to 3.36 m^3/h, with 45.6% improved.
