摘要
目的建立护士长岗位绩效加权综合评价模型。方法以平衡计分卡绩效管理理论为依据,采用文献分析法、小组讨论法、Delphi法构建护士长岗位绩效综合评价指标并确定指标权重,采用加权综合评价法构建护士长岗位绩效加权综合评价模型。结果构建了包括护理工作内部流程、护理人员学习与成长、服务对象、财务管理4项一级指标、12项二级指标、52项三级指标的护士长岗位绩效评价指标体系,并建立了护士长岗位绩效加权综合评价模型。结论以平衡计分卡绩效管理理论为依据构建的护士长岗位绩效加权综合评价模型,可为护士长绩效评价提供参考。
Objective To establish a weighted comprehensive evaluation model for the performance appraisal of head nurses .Method Based or the theory of balanced score card for performance appraisal the method of literature a‐nalysis ,group discussion ,Delphi and weighting method were used to establish the comprehensive evaluation model . Result The weighted comprehensive evaluation model for the performance appraisal of head nurses was established including nursing internal processes ,learning and growth nurses ,clients ,financial management ,which involved 4 first‐class indexes ,12 second‐class ,52 third‐class indexes .Conclusion This weighted comprehensive evaluation model can provide reference for head nurse performance evaluation .
