Exploration Specific to the Enterprise Demands-oriented Service English Curriculum Reform in Higher Vocational Education

随着我国服务行业的不断发展,企业对员工的素质要求也越来越高。文章以企业需求为出发点,分析能力的重要性,随后针对企业对于员工能力的两方面需求分别展开分析,进而对高职服务英语课程的教学改革进行探讨。

With the continuous development of China’ s service industry , the enterprises have higher requirements for the quality of staff .Starting from the enterprises’ demands ,the paper analyzes the importance of ability;whereafter respectively analyzes the two aspects of the enterprises’ demands for staff’s ability ,and then explores the teaching reform of service English curriculum in higher voca-tional education .
