摘要
对灰树花菌丝体进行提取纯化,得到菌丝体多糖。通过Sephadex G200柱层析图谱分析,证明灰树花菌丝体多糖为均一组分。通过小鼠降血脂实验研究,菌丝体多糖对小鼠血脂的具有明显调节作用。高血脂症模型小鼠在实验条件下给药剂量为50mg/(kg·d)时可达到治愈的程度。灰树花菌丝体多糖具有明显的降血脂作用。
Extract and purify from mycelia of grifola frondosa to obtain mycelia polysaccharide . By Sephadex G200 column chromatography map analysis ,it proved that mycelia polysaccharide of gri-fola frondosa is the homogeneous component . Through the experimental studies in mice by lowering blood fat ,mycelia polysaccharide has a significant regulatory role on mice’s blood fat .Hyperlipidemia model mice at a dose of 50 mg /(kg o d) under experimental conditions can reach the curative degree . Mycelia polysaccharides of grifola frondosa has a significant hypolipidemic role.
