高职院校二级学院教学管理模式的研究与探索

Research and Exploration on Secondary Vocational Colleges Teaching Management Modes

近年来,随着我国高职院校教学改革的不断推进,高职院校教学管理逐步形成了以"学校—院系"为主体的二级教学管理模式。文章通过对高职院校二级教学管理模式的研究,探讨了高职院校二级学院教学管理中的现行问题,提出了对二级学院教学管理模式进行改革的建议,由此为高职院校二级学院教学管理的进一步研究和发展提供参考。

In recent years ,with the continuous progress of teaching reform in China higher voca-tional colleges , vocational colleges teaching management has gradually formed a secondary teaching management model with“college - faculty” as the main body .Through the study of secondary voca-tional colleges teaching management modes ,this paper discusses the existing problems in secondary voca-tional colleges teaching management ,and puts forward the reform recommendations for vocational colle-ges teaching management modes ,which provides a reference for further research and development of secondary vocational colleges teaching management .
