随着就业形势的日趋严峻,石油院校对职业指导的重视程度越来越高,学生对于职业的规划意识也越来越强。但在实践过程中,许多毕业生都存在关注就业本身,规划安排自己的专业学习、实习实训,忽视规划业余生活的问题。殊不知,缺乏对业余生活的规划,将会直接影响就业,甚至会影响未来职业梦想的实现。

With the increasingly severe employment situation ,the emphasis on vocational guidance of Petroleum University is increasingly enhanced;career planning awareness of students is also growing . But in practice process ,many graduates are concerned about the employment itself and plan to arrange the professional learning and practical training ,but ignore to plan the amateur life .However ,the lack of making plan on amateur life ,will directly affect employment ,and even affect the achievement of fu-ture career dreams .
