林洪生治未病思想在中医药防治肿瘤疾病上的应用

治未病思想最早见于《黄帝内经》,是中医学术思想的重要组成部分,其着重强调防患于未然。林洪生教授将治未病这一重要思想引入到中西医结合防治肿瘤疾病中,具体将其划分为未病先防、既病防变、瘥后防复三个层次,同时运用中医药分阶段规范化治疗的思想配合西医对疾病进行治疗,在临床上取得了显著疗效。文章概括介绍了林洪生教授运用治未病思想指导中西医结合防治肿瘤的理论方法,为其学术思想的传承与推广提供一定参考。

The thought on disease prevention has been early recorded in Huangdi Neijing.It is the important component of TCM academic thought and stresses on the prevention before sickness.This thought has been used by Prof.Lin Hongsheng in the treatment of tumors with integrated Chinese and western medicine in terms of the phases of sickness,named keeping health before sickness,preventing from transformation after sickness and preventing from recurrence.The cases are treated regularly in phases with TCM and western medicine and the significant eficacy has been achieved in clinic.In the paper,the theoretic method on disease prevention for tumors treated with TCM was introduced in combination with western medicine so that Prof.Lin＇s academic thought can be inherited and promoted.
