补肾壮骨颗粒对去势骨质疏松大鼠血脂代谢指标的影响

Impacts of Bushen Zhuanggu Granules on Blood Lipid Metabolic Indices in the Ovariectomized Rats of Osteoporosis

目的探讨补肾壮骨颗粒对去势骨质疏松大鼠血脂代谢指标的影响。方法 30只7月龄SD雌性大鼠随机分成对照组、模型组、中药低剂量组、中药高剂量组、福善美组。治疗8周后,分别收集左侧股骨和血清的骨矿含量、骨密度和血脂代谢指标检测。结果模型组的骨矿含量和骨密度低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组、中药高剂量组与福善美组骨密度高于模型组和中药低剂量组(P<0.05),而对照组、中药高剂量组与福善美组之间比较差异无统计学意义。模型组甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CH)高于对照组(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL)低于对照组(P<0.05)。中药高剂量组甘油三酯低于模型组(P<0.05),而模型组、中药低剂量组与福善美组之间比较差异无统计学意义。中药高剂量组高密度脂蛋白高于模型组、中药低剂量组与福善美组(P<0.05)。结论去势大鼠存在血脂代谢异常,补肾壮骨颗粒可改善血脂代谢异常状态,有一定的预防作用,提高骨矿含量和骨密度。

Objective To explore the impacts of bushen zhuanggu granules on blood lipid metabolic indices in the ovariectomized rats of osteoporosis.Methods Thirty 7 months old SD female rats were randomized into a control group,a model group,a low dose Chinese medicine group,a high dose Chinese medicine group and a fosamx group.In 8 weeks of treatment,the left femur and serum were collected and the bone mineral content,bone density and blood lipid metabolic indices were determined separately.Results In the model group,the bone mineral content and body density were lower than those in the control group（P ＜ 0.05）.In the control group,the high dose Chinese medicine group and the fosamx group,bone density was higher than that in either the model group or the low dose Chinese medicine group（P ＜0.05）.The differences were not significant among the control group,the high dose Chinese medicine group and the fosamx group.The levels of TG and CH in the model group were higher than those in the control group（P ＜0.05）.HDL was lower than that in the control group（P ＜0.05）.TG in the high dose Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the model group（P ＜0.05）.The differences were not significant among the model group,the low dose Chinese medicine group and the fosamx group.HDL in the high dose Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the model group,the low dose Chinese medicine group and the fosamx group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The ovariectomized rats have blood lipid metabolic abnormality.Bugu zhuanggu granules relieve the abnormalities of blood lipid metabolism and have the preventive effect via improving bone mineral content and bone density.
