通窍活血巴布剂对血瘀证大鼠模型血液流变学的影响 被引量:1

Hemorheologic Impacts of Tongqiao Huoxue Tang Cataplasm on Rat Models of Blood Stagnation Pattern

摘要 目的研究通窍活血巴布剂作为外用剂型对血瘀证大鼠血流变学的影响作用。方法将大鼠随机分为血瘀模型组、通窍活血汤组、通窍活血巴布剂组3组,并设立空白对照组,采用反复注射肾上腺素和施以冰水浸泡的方法制备成中医血瘀证大鼠模型,监测各组大鼠全血黏度、血浆黏度和红细胞聚集指数等指标。结果通窍活血巴布剂组各切变率的全血黏度、血浆黏度值均明显低于血瘀模型组(P<0.05),但高于通窍活血汤组;通窍活血巴布剂组的红细胞变形指数明显高于血瘀模型组(P<0.01),红细胞聚集指数明显低于血瘀模型组(P<0.01);通窍活血巴布剂组在升高红细胞变形指数方面与通窍活血汤组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在降低红细胞聚集指数方面,通窍活血汤组明显优于通窍活血巴布剂组(P<0.01)。结论通窍活血巴布剂具有明显改善血瘀证模型大鼠异常的血液流变学状态,对血液的高凝状态具有一定的改善和治疗作用。 Objective To study the impacts on hemorheology in the rats of blood stagnation pattern treated with the external application of cataplasm of tongqiao huoxue(opening orifice and activating blood circulation).Methods The rats were randomized into a model group,tongqiao huoxue tang group and cataplasm group.A blank control group was set up.The repeated injections of epinephrine and ice water soaking method were adopted to prepare the rat model of blood stagnation pattern.The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index were monitored in each group.Results The whole blood viscosity in different shear rates and plasma viscosity in the cataplasm group were higher apparently than those in the blood stagnation model group(P < 0.05),and erythrocyte aggregation index was lower apparently than that in the blood stagnation model group (P < 0.01).The difference in increasing erythrocyte transformation index was not significant between the cataplasm group and tongqiao huoxue tang group(P >0.05).Regarding the decrease of erythrocyte aggregation,the result in tongqiao huoxue tang group was obviously better than that in the cataplasm group (P < 0.01).Conclusion The tongqiao huoxue cataplasm obviously improves hemorheology state of the abnormal rat model of blood stagnation and provides a certain therapeutic effect on hypercoagulability.
