益气活血通脉汤对糖尿病周围神经病变血液流变学的影响

Impacts of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Tang on Hemorheology in Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的观察益气活血通脉汤对糖尿病周围神经病变血液流变学的影响。方法 62例患者随机分成治疗组32例与对照组30例,两组均饮食控制、合理运动,服降糖药物或注射胰岛素控血糖,口服弥可保片;治疗组加服益气活血通脉汤,两组均30 d为1个疗程,2个疗程评价疗效。观察两组临床证候、血液流变学变化、治疗前后腓神经传导速度变化等。结果两组中医证候疗效比较,治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为84.4%和63.3%(P<0.05);腓神经传导速度变化比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);血液流变学指标比较,治疗组治疗后有明显下降(P<0.01);对照组仅血浆黏度改善(P<0.05),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论益气活血通脉汤对糖尿病周围神经病变有改善临床症状、血液流变学指标及神经传导速度,提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the impacts of yiqi huoxue tongmai tang on hemorheology in diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）.Methods Sixty-two patients were randomized into a treatment group （32 cases）and a control group（30 cases）.The diet control,rational exercise,anti-glucose medication or insulin injection and oral medication of methycobal were given in the two groups.In the treatment group,yiqi huoxue tongmai tang was added.One session treatment was 30 days and the efficacy assessment was done after 2 sessions in the two groups.The changes in clinical syndromes,hemorheology and peroneal nerve conduction velocity（NCV）were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Results Regarding the comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy,the total effective rates were 84.4％ and 63.3％ in the treatment group and the control group（P ＜0.05）separately.NCV in the treatment was superior to the control group（P ＜ 0.01）.The results of hemorheologic indices in the treatment group were reduced apparently after treatment（P ＜ 0.01）.In the control group,the plasma viscosity was improved only（P ＜0.05）.The differences were significant statistically between the two groups （P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusion Yiqi huoxue tongmai tang relieves the clinical symptoms and improves hemorheologic indices,NCV and life quality of the patients with DPN.
