摘要 广域测量系统的发展和应用为电压稳定性的在线监测奠定了基础。研究基于动态量测量的电压稳定性判别成为新的挑战。在综合分析P-V曲线和V-Q曲线特性的基础上,解释了电力系统电压失稳的机理并提出了一种跟踪动态量测量的判断扰动后电力系统电压是否失稳的判据。所提判据依据扰动后母线电流、功率及有功和无功的变化规律判断电压是否失稳;该判据原理清晰,计算简捷。EPRI-36节点系统不同工况下数值仿真结果验证了所提判据的正确性和有效性。 The development and applications of wide-area measurement system provide great potential for online assessment of voltage stability in power system. The study of voltage stability is considered as new challenge based on dynamic measurement. Power system voltage instability mechanism is explained based on character of P-V curve and V-Q curve, and the criterion is given that be able to estimate voltage instability by following dynamic measurement. The criterion can be used to estimate voltage instability according to the trend of change of current, power, active power and reactive power after disturbance. Moreover, the criterion has the characters of clearness in principle and convenience in application. Efficiency and correctness of analysis methods and criterion of voltage instability that proposed in this paper are verified with numerical simulation examples under different conditions.
