摘要
目的:建立测定不同产地凤仙花饮片中山奈素含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(35∶65,V/V),检测波长为360 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为40℃,进样量为5μl。结果:山奈素的质量浓度在8.16~81.60μg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6);精密度、重复性、稳定性试验的RSD〈2%;平均加样回收率为99.68%,RSD=1.9%(n=9)。结论:湖北宜昌所产的凤仙花饮片中的山奈素含量最高。该方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于凤仙花饮片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of kaempferol in Impatiens balsamina decoction pieces from different pro- ducing areas. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid (35 : 65, V/V) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detec- tion wavelength was set at 360 nm, column temperature was 40 ℃, and sample size was 5 μl. RESULTS: The linear range of kaempferol were 8.16-81.60 μg/ml (r=0.999 6) with an average recovery of 99.68% (RSD=1.9%, n=9). RSDs of precision, re- producibility and stability tests were all lower than 2 %. CONCLUSIONS: The content of kaempferol in I. balsamina decoction piec- es from Hubei Yichang is the highest. The method is accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of I. balsamina decoction pieces.
