摘要 本文在全面考虑风浪对舰船影响的基础上,提出了如何在非规则波中优选航向、航速的模式。其要点是给出每一影响因素的允许概率 P_a,再根据当前海况和设立的航向、航速计算出实际的值 P_a,两者相减加权后逐一代入耐波性评估公式,得出该航向、航速下的耐波性评估值 R_x。随之用多变量函数极值解法中的因素交替法,优选出 R_x 最小的航向航速。全部计算必须在计算机上进行。本文提出的这种新的思考方式,目的是推动以定量为持征的大风浪中航行问题及早解决。 In this paper,we bring forward the idea of optimizing ship's course and speed in irregular wave on the basis of the overall discussion on the effects of wave upon ships.The main point is to set an allowable probability Pa for every factors that affect ships and the actual probability Pa'is calculated according to the actual sea conditions at the momemt,the planned course and speed of the ship.The differ- ence between the two is weighted and the weighted result is substituted into the e- valuation formula of ship's sea keeping ability one by one to obtain the evaluation value Rx under the assigned course and speed.Then the course and speed of mini- mal Rx is optimized by means of the factor alternative method in the extreme value solution of the multivariates function.All the calculations should be accomplished by computer.The new consideration for optimizing ship's course and speed put forward in this paper aims at solving the problems in the navigation at.heavy sea quantitatively as soon as possible.
