氨水胺化清洁合成马来酰胺酸共聚物 被引量:1

Clean Synthesis of Maleamic Acid Copolymer by Aqua Ammonia

摘要 马来酰胺酸共聚物是一类具有表面活性的高分子聚合物。该文研究了氨水胺化合成马来酰胺酸共聚物的反应。结果表明,氨水法酰胺化聚马来酸酐的最佳条件为:反应温度为30℃,反应时间为7 h,反应投料比为n(NH3)∶n(马来酸酐单元)=6∶1。在该条件下,聚(马来酸-co-马来酰胺酸)的胺化度为47.2%。由于该反应在水中进行,所以实验操作安全,清洁,适用于中低胺化度马来酰胺酸共聚物的合成。 Maleamic acid copolymer is a kind of water soluble polymer with surface activity. In this study, the polymaleic anhydride was used to study the effect of reactive conditions in the synthesis of maleamic acid copolymer by aqua ammonia. The results show that amidation of anhydride with ammonia should be carried out at 30 ℃ for 7 h and the mole ratio of NH3 to maleic anhydride unit should be 6:1. Under the optimum conditions, the amidation degree of poly ( maleie acid-eo-maleamic acid) was 47.2%. Using aqua ammonia as amination agent, maleamie acid copolymer with medium amination degree could he synthesized in clean solvent and with more safe operation.
