Properties of Biomass Based Surfactant Cashew Phenol Polyoxyethylene Ether Ammonium Sulfate

研究了腰果酚醚硫酸铵/正丁醇/烷烃/水体系拟三元相图、腰果酚醚硫酸铵的乳化性能和泡沫性能。结果表明,腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵/正丁醇/烷烃/水拟三元相图能形成液晶区和大范围O/W微乳液区,乳化性在质量分数为0.025%硬水中较强,乳化顺序为:w(硬水)=0.025%>w(氯化钠)=0.4%>w(氯化钠)=2%>去离子水,腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵具有低的起泡性。

The pseudo-ternary phase diagram of cashew phenol polyoxyethylene ether ammonium sulfate/n-butanol/alkane/water system and the emulsifying properties and foaming properties of cashew phenol polyoxyethylene ether ammonium sulfate have been investigated. The results show that the pseudo-ternary phase diagram of cashew phenol polyoxyethylene ether ammonium sulfate/n-butanol/ alkane/water system can form liquid crystal area and a wide range of O/W microemulsion region. The emulsifying property was stronger in hard water, and the emulsification order was w （hard water） = 0. 025% 〉 w （sodium chloride） = 0. 4% 〉 w （ sodium chloride） = 2% 〉 deionized water, and cashew phenol polyoxyethylene ether ammonium sulfate had low foaming property.
