摘要
以PPG-400和丙烯酸为原料,采用直接酯化法制备了聚丙二醇丙烯酸单酯(PPGA),然后采用溶液聚合法与丙烯酸十八酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酰胺共聚合成了油溶性四元聚合物降黏剂POSA,并用红外光谱和核磁共振波谱表征聚合物的结构和组成特性。通过对其降黏效果的评价,确定了最佳合成条件为∶n(丙烯酸十八酯)∶n(丙烯酰胺)∶n(苯乙烯)∶n(PPGA)=6∶1∶2∶1,引发剂用量为单体总质量的1%,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为6 h;在50℃下,降黏剂加量为1 000 mg/L时,稠油的黏度由3 008 m Pa·s降到895 m Pa·s,表现出了良好的降黏效果。
The acrylate was first synthesized through direct esterification with PPG -400 and acrylic acid as raw materials. And then an oil-soluble quadripolymer was synthesized by solution polymerization of oetadecyl acrylate, styrene, acrylamide and the prepared acrylate. The chemical structure and composition of the copolymer was identified by IR spectrum and NMR. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows : n (octadecyl acrylate) : n ( acrylamide ) : n ( styrene ) : n ( acrylate ) = 6 : 1 : 2:1, with the initiator dosage being 1%, polymerization temperature being 80℃, and the reaction time being 6 hours. Further, the viscosity was decreased from 3 008 mPa · s to 895 mPa · s when the dosage of viscosity reducer was 1 000 mg/L at 50 ℃.
