低温胁迫下椰子叶片解剖结构差异研究 被引量:10

摘要 以2年生的海南本地高种椰子和香水椰子2个椰子品种的幼苗为材料,根据温度的日变化规律,设置4个不同的最低温度处理,分别为CK(自然温度处理)、16℃(T1处理)、12℃(T2处理)、8℃(T3处理),处理20 d后,对其植株的寒害症状及组织解剖结构变化进行研究。结果表明,随着处理温度的降低,叶片受伤害情况越来越严重,叶片结构越来越不规则,尤其在T3处理下香水椰子的叶片结构严重变形。叶片总厚度在不同低温处理下变化明显,可作为椰子抗寒种质鉴定时的结构指标,海南本地高种抗寒性比香水椰子强。 The two-years old coconut seedlings of Hainan tall coconut and aromatic coconut were used as the experimental materials.Four lowest temperature treatments including CK (natural temperature treatment),16 ℃ (T1 treatment),12 ℃ (T2 treatment),8 ℃ (T3 treatment) were designed according to the daily temperature change regularity.After a treatment of 20 days,the leaf injury and anatomical structure were analyzed under different temperature treatments.The results showed that the damage of oil palm seedling leaves and leaf structure become more and more serious and irregular with the decreasing temperature,respectively.Especially,the leaf structure of aromatic coconut was severely deformed under T3 treatment.Changing of the leaf structure index as total leaf thickness was obvious under low temperature treatments and could be used for evaluation of cold resistance of coconut germplasm resources,Hainan tall coconut had stronger ability of cold resistance than that of Aromatic coconut.
