芒果炭疽病菌对甲基硫菌灵的敏感性测定 被引量:11

摘要 采用生长速率法测定了采自中国芒果主产区、泰国、夏威夷等地的127个芒果炭疽菌对甲基硫菌灵的敏感性.结果表明,芒果炭疽菌株对甲基硫菌灵的EC50值范围为0.005 7~7.850 5 μg/mL,最大EC50值是最小EC50值的1 377倍.不同地区、不同染病部位、不同年份的芒果炭疽菌株对甲基硫菌灵的敏感性不同,采自四川菌株敏感性最低,采自夏威夷菌株敏感性最高;不同分离部位敏感性程度依次为枝、果、叶;2011~2013年,菌株敏感性逐年降低,存在很大的抗药性风险. The sensitivity of Colletotrichum glodosporioides,the causal agent of mango anthracnose,to thiophanatemethyl fungicides was determined by measuring the inhibiting mycelium growth rate method.The results showed that the EC50 values of the isolates to thiophanate-methyl were ranged from 0.005 7 to 7.850 5 μg/mL,and the mean EC50 value was 0.878 9 μg/mL,the maximum EC50 value was more than the minimum EC50 value 1 377 times.There were differences of sensitivity among different regions and sampling positions.The degree of sensitivity in Sichuan were the lowest,and that of Hawaii were the highest.The degree of sensitivity in sampling positions from high to low in turn is twig,fruit,leaf.2011-2013,the isolates sensitivity decreased year by year.There is a quite high and potential resistance risk of mango anthracnose pathogen to thiophanate-methyl.
