摘要
为了研究新型膜结构路面器材,保障轮式车辆在松软路面上的通过性,选取车辆挂钩牵引力作为评判车辆软土通过性的准则。根据车辆地面力学原理建立轮胎行驶的挂钩牵引力计算公式,运用数值仿真技术对路面器材进行分析,将挂钩牵引力和仿真结果相结合对通过性进行评判。以沉降量为指标,定量分析了路面器材参数对通过性的影响。结果表明,设计方案可以保障所选车型通过;地基条件、基体编织密度、杆间距等参数对通过性有一定影响,通过调整这些参数可以优化路面器材的性能。
In order to investigate the trafficability of a new kind of membrance structure pavement equipment while supporting the wheeled vehicle on the soft road,the drawbar pull as the judgement code of trafficability is selected,built the formula of the drawbar pull of wheel running on the road according to the principle of vehicle-terramechanics.Then the pavement equipment using numerical simulation technology is analyzed,and judged the trafficability by combination of the drawbar pull with simulation result.Based on the settlement,the pavement equipment parameter' influence on trafficability was quantitatively determined.The result shows that the selected vehicle can pass the mucky soil by the support of the design scheme.Foundational condition,mtrix braided density and spacing of the pole produce some influence on the trafficability.By adjusting these factors,the performance of the pavement equipment be can optimized.
