Sorting of the Same Type of Radar Emitter Signals Based on Unintentional Modulation

无意调制特征对调制样式和各参数均相同的不同辐射源发射的信号分选具有重大意义。从相位噪声的角度提出利用双谱的二次特征分析信号,提取围线积分双谱均值、奇异值以及双谱范数熵特征;从波形差异的角度,提出利用模糊函数的主脊切面特征挖掘不同辐射源发射信号之间的差异,提取旋转角、一阶原点矩和二阶中心矩特征。在事先不知道信号数目时,将提取的特征分别进行近邻传播聚类验证,以及串联结合两种特征的聚类分析。实验表明,两种特征结合的聚类准确率要明显高于一种特征的准确率,尤其是在低信噪比的情况下。

Unintentional modulation characteristics are very important to signals sorting emitted by different radiation sources with the same modulation and parameters.Secondary characteristics of bispectrum is proposed to analysis which mainly focus on the phase noise,mean and singular value of Surrounding-line integrated bispectrum and bispectra norm entropy are extracted.From the difference of waveform,extracting rotation angle,first moment about the origin and second order central moment with ambiguity function main ridge slice.When having no idea of the number of signal type,the paper validate with affinity propagation clustering.The results show that the accuracy of clustering with two type of characteristics is higher than one type,especially in the case of low SNR.
