HPLC方法测定水产品中喹乙醇代谢物残留量 被引量:3

摘要 喹乙醇曾作为水产养殖动物饲料添加剂被广泛应用,但随着人们对其毒性和危害性的认识,人们重新对喹乙醇的安全性进行评价,对喹乙醇的使用也做出了新的规定。采用水产品中喹乙醇代谢物残留量的测定高效液相色谱法(农业部1077号公告-5-2008)进行喹乙醇代谢物残留量检测,其结果MQCA回收率在80.2%~91.1%,相对标准偏差在3.1%~7.6%。重复性较好,操作简便,准确度高,精密度好,适用于水产品中MQCA残留量的检测。
