摘要
教育家办学是政府的提倡、社会的期盼、时代的呼唤和教育本身固有的规律。担负基础教育发展重任的中小学校长,理应有成为教育家的自信与追求。在教育教学实践中,中小学校长应该以教育家的办学视野,培养和形成学校核心发展力,逐步提高学校自身的办学水平和教学质量,不断壮大优质教育资源总量,使教育均衡发展由外在帮扶型向学校自主发展型转变,促进基础教育水平的整体提高。
Running a school by educators is advocacy of the government,anticipation of the society,the call of the times and the inherent law of education. Primary and secondary school principals responsible for basic education development should have the confidence and the pursuit to become educators. In the practice of education,the principals should foster and develop school core development power in view of the educators,enhance the school level and quality of teaching,increase the sum of high quality educational resources to make education development in balance,transform from being help by external assistance to develop autonomously education,and to improve the overall level of elementary education.
