As early as the 1930 s, some of China's population of sociologists, such as Wu Jing chao,Chen Da,pushed for birth control Because of China's vast population,Mr. Wu Jing chao thought our country as a fourth country. Development of the population has never been isolated population itself,but is consistent with the economic and social development. The ideal state is to reach the external balance of the population,on this basis,and strive to the population's balance within the age,gender,and external balance is greater and higher than internal balance. Our country will promote the upgrading and restructuring of the industry,and increase scientific and technological research and development and application,and this is based on reduction and optimization of the population to a certain extent.
