关于龙骨、龙齿在中药新药中应用的思考

Thoughts on the Application of Dens Draconis and Os Draconis in New Drug from TCM

对我国古生物化石管理法规及涉及龙骨、龙齿的古生物化石保护名录进行了整理,对龙骨、龙齿的资源及药用研究中存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出建议:中药新药研发时应进行必要的药效对比研究,以说明龙骨、龙齿入药的必要性;如确需采用龙骨、龙齿入药的,应提供相关证明文件,说明其来源的合法性及保证资源可持续利用的方法;并对龙骨、龙齿所含重金属、砷盐及放射性元素等情况进行研究。

This protection lists involving paper sorted out the paleontological fossils regulations and paleontological fossils Dens Draconis and Os Draconis in China, and then discussed the issues about the resources and the usages of them in the new drug from Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）. Some suggestions were supplied： when we develop a new drug from TCM, some necessary pharmacodynamics should be taken to illustrate the use of Dens Draconis or Os Draconis. If we have to use it as the raw materials, we should provide the relative supporting documents as a proof that the use was legal. The methods for keeping its resource sustainable utilization should be described. We should strengthen relative basic research, and exolore the content of heavy metals, arsenic and radioactive elements in it.
