摘要
目的探讨左卡尼丁注射液在治疗扩张型心肌病患者时的心肌保护作用。方法扩张型心肌病患者98例,随机分为左卡尼丁组52例和对照组46例,两组均给予常规治疗,左卡尼丁组加用左卡尼丁注射液治疗,疗程15 d,并随访3个月。检测两组患者治疗前后体内氧化应激水平的改变。结果治疗后左卡尼丁组的患者体内氧化应激水平较对照组有更加明显的改善:血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平明显升高,丙二醛(MDA)水平明显下降,红细胞谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-px)活性显著增强(P<0.05)。结论左卡尼丁注射液可缓解氧化应激,对扩张型心肌病患者有心肌保护作用。
Objective To investigate the myocardial protective effect of levocarnitine injection for patients with dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods A total of 98 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into levocarnitine group with 52 cases and control group with 46 cases. Both groups received conventional treatment, while the levocarnitine group received additional levocarnitine injection for 15 d. Follow-up lasted for 3 months. The level changes of level of oxidative stress in the two groups were detected before and after the treatment. Results After treatment, the oxidative stress level in the levocarnitine group was obviously improved, compared with that in the control group. The level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) increased, that of methane dicarboxylic aldehyde (MDA) decreased, and the activity of erythrocyte glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px) significantly increased (P〈0.05). Conclusion Levocarnitine injection can relieve oxidative stress, and provide myocardial protective effect for patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.
