摘要
目的探究与分析鼻内镜技术改善慢性鼻窦炎患者的症状及生活质量的效果。方法 60例接受鼻内镜手术的慢性鼻窦炎患者,将其作为临床研究对象,采用鼻窦炎特异性生活质量量表对其术前及术后6个月鼻部症状发生率及积分变化情况进行统计分析。结果鼻部主要症状中,鼻塞、需要擤涕、黏脓涕、清涕、嗅觉减退的术后6个月发生率及症状积分较术前相比均显著下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。慢性鼻窦炎患者术后疗效自我评价结果显示,35例达显著改善,占58.33%,21例达改善,占35.00%,4例无改善,占6.67%。结论鼻内镜技术可有效改善慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床症状,能够显著提升其生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of nasal endoscope technique in improvement of symptoms and life quality of patients with chronic sinusitis. Methods A total of 60 cases with chronic sinusitis, who underwent nasal endoscopic surgery, were selected as study subjects. The sinusitis specific life quality scale was applied to analyze the incidence of nasal symptoms and score changes before and 6 months after surgery. Results Among the main nasal symptoms, the incidences of nasal congestion, blowing stuff, sticky pus, clear stuff, and hyposmia in 6 months after surgery were obviously decreased, compared with those before surgery. The difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Postoperative self assessment showed that there were 35 significantly improved cases accounting for 58.33%, 21 improved cases accounting for 35.00%, and 4 cases without improvement accounting for 6.67%. Conclusion Nasal endoscope technique can improve clinical symptoms of patients with chronic sinusitis and their life quality. It is worth promoting.
