阿托伐他汀对2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者血清内脂素的干预作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨阿托伐他汀(立普妥)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清内脂素的干预作用。方法 T2DM合并ACI患者100例,随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组给予降糖等常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予阿托伐他汀口服,测定给药前后血清内脂素含量。结果两组患者治疗6个月后胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa-IR)与内脂素水平均较干预前有所降低(P<0.05);干预后两组Homa-IR与内脂素水平差值比较,差异均具有统计学意义(t=17.777、8.845,均P<0.05)。结论对T2DM合并ACI患者,他汀类药物阿托伐他汀可降低血清中内脂素含量,进而降低Homa-IR的含量,延缓疾病发展。
