摘要
本文研究了土庄绣线菊水浸液对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。根据土庄绣线菊灌胃量将小鼠随机分为低剂量组(0.47x10^3mg/kg体重)、中剂量组(1.88x10^3mg/kg体重)、高剂量组(7.5x10^3mg/kg体重)和空白对照组。小鼠经口灌胃土庄绣线菊水浸液15d后,记录小鼠游泳时间,测定小鼠抗疲劳相关生化指标。结果显示:高、中剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间显著长于空白对照组和低剂量组(P<0.05);未负重游泳小鼠的LG、MG的储备量增加,高、中剂量组小鼠的LG、MG含量显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05);未负重游泳小鼠LD含量下降,高、中剂量组与空白对照组差异显著(P<0.05);各剂量组小鼠的BUN含量无明显差异。本研究表明一定剂量的土庄绣线菊水浸液具有抗疲劳作用。
Aim of this paper was to investigate the anti-fatigue of Spiraea Pubescens extract in mice.Mice of each experiment were divided into four groups,supplemented with Spiraea Pubescens extract at the dosage of 0,470,1880,7500 mg.kg-1 for 15 days respectively,experiment on mice swimming with load and analysis of and-fatigue relative biochemical indexes were carried out.The results showed that Spiraea Pubescens extract supplementation could increase mice swimming time with load,decreased the production of serum lactic acid(LD) and the consumption of liver glycogen(LG) and muscle glycogen(MG) and kept the production of serum BUN.It is concluded that Spiraea Pubescens extract has the effect of anti-fatigue in mice.
