基于单片机的禽蛋智能分级包装装置设计与研究 被引量:2

RESEARCH ON AUTOMATIC EGG-GRADING AND PACKAGING EQUIPMENT DEVICE BASED ON SINGLE-CHIP CONTROL

摘要 禽蛋包装可以有效防止禽蛋受损、防止外界杂质污染还可以增加禽蛋的购买便利性。目前国际市场的禽蛋包装设备多种多样,多数是PLC控制,其包装具有高效性,但价位也较高;针对国内家禽市场的小规模生产,本研究设计了基于单片机控制的分级包装装置,禽蛋输送机构采用单排通道结构,由分流导向机构实现分级包装,步进电机控制导向板进行顺时针或逆时针转动,将单排禽蛋装入多排一体的托盘,完成禽蛋的装盘包装。 Packaging of eggs can effectively prevent damage, to prevent outside contamination of impurities can also increase the con- venience of purchasing eggs. Most of PLC controlled egg packaging equipment were not only with high efficiency on the international market, but also higher price, not suitable for small - scale domestic poultry market in China. An egg - grading and packaging equip- ment was designed based on single - chip control in this paper. Its transport organization adopt a single row of channel structure, im- plemented by the shunt guiding mechanism grading and packaging, stepper motor control guide plate to rotate clockwise or counter- clockwise for the single row of eggs going into the multi - row to complete the installation disc packaging according to their grade.
