摘要
本文以沙柳、柠条、杨木的苯酚液化产物与甲醛、氢氧化钠、水为原料合成树脂,分析了甲醛、氢氧化钠与液化产物摩尔比的改变对沙柳、柠条和杨木液化产物树脂的胶合性能的影响,结果表明:液化产物树脂的胶合性能随着甲醛与液化产物摩尔比的增加而增加,柠条液化产物树脂的胶合强度随着氢氧化钠与液化产物摩尔比的增加而降低,沙柳和杨木液化产物树脂的胶合性能随着氢氧化钠与液化产物摩尔比的增加而先增加后降低;比较而言,沙柳的液化产物较柠条的液化产物更适合合成胶黏剂。
In this paper, the synthetized resins are prepared by the phenol liquefaction products of Salix, Caragana and pop- lar with formaldehyde, sodium hydroxide and water. The change on molar ratio of formaldehyde, sodium hydroxide and the liquefac- tion products is investigated. The results show that the resin bond performance of liquefied product increases with the augment of mo- lar ratio of formaldehyde and liquefied product; the bonding strength of liquefied product resin of Caragana decreases in the increase of the molar ratio of sodium hydroxide and liquefied product; the bond performance of liquefied product of Salix and poplar resin first increases and then reduces with the increase in molar ratio of sodium hydroxide and liquid product. By comparison, the liquefied product of Salix is more suitable for synthetic rubber Adhesives than the liquefied product of Caragana.
