双阳离子有机膨润土的制备及对水体中苯胺的吸附研究 被引量:2

PREPARATION OF DUAL CATION ORGANOBENTONITE AND THE STUDY OF THE ADSORPTION OF ANILINE IN WATER

摘要 用双阳离子表面活性剂:二氯化丙撑基双(十八烷基二甲基)季铵盐(Gemini31582)为改性剂,对钠基膨润土进行改性,用XRD、FI-IR对双阳离子有机膨润土进行结构表征。利用正交试验研究双阳离子有机膨润土对苯胺的吸附性能。结果表明:对于质量浓度为25mg/L的苯胺溶液,在温度50℃、吸附时间45min、双阳离子有机膨润土投加量80g/L、溶液p H值7的条件下,对苯胺去除率可达78.4%。 Using biscationic surfactant the biscationic organic bentonite was prepared from Na - bentonite using Gemini31582 as modi- fier, the structures of the biscationic organic bentonite were characterized by XRD, FI - IR. Results showed that adsorption properties of using orthogonal test to study the biscationic organic bentonites to aniline: the concentration of aniline solution for 25mg/L, at a temperature of 50℃, adsorption time is 45 min, the biscationic organic bentonite dosage 80g/L, the pH value of solution was 7, the re- moval rate of aniline up to78.4%, isothermal adsorption curves accord with the Freundlich equation.
