舒适护理在老年心血管系统疾病患者中的应用效果分析

Application of Comfortable Nursing Care in Aged Patients with Cardiovascular Diseases

目的探讨舒适护理在老年心血管系统疾病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2012年7月—2013年7月我院收治的90例老年心血管系统疾病患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采取舒适护理,比较两组患者总有效率以及疾病知晓率。结果观察组总有效率为97.8%,高于对照组的84.4%;观察组知晓率为93.4%,高于对照组的77.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理可提高老年心血管系统疾病患者的临床疗效,应用效果较好。

Objective To study the nursing effect of comfortable nursing care in aged patients with cardiovascular dis-eases. Methods A total of 90 aged patients with cardiovascular diseases were selected from July 2012 to July 2013 in our hos-pital,and then they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each. Control group given rou-tine nursing care,while observation group given comfortable nursing care on the basis of routine nursing care. The total effective rate and disease awareness of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97. 8%, was higher than that of control group of 84. 4%;the disease awareness of observation group was 93. 4%,was higher than that of control group of 77. 7%,the differences were significantly different（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing care can improve the curative effect of aged patients with cardiovascular diseases.
