金霉素眼膏—创可贴隔离膜治疗鼻腔粘连临床观察

The clinical effect observation of chlortetracycline eye ointment-plastered isolation membrane in nasal adhesions

目的观察金霉素眼膏—创可贴隔离膜治疗鼻腔粘连的效果。方法将45例鼻腔粘连患者随机分为治疗组23例(28侧)和对照组22例(26侧)。治疗组在鼻内镜下分离鼻腔粘连并予微波烧灼粘连处后,用金霉素眼膏—创可贴隔离膜隔离粘连面;对照组除鼻腔填塞用凡士林纱条外,其他方法均同治疗组。治疗14d后观察比较2组疗效。结果治疗14d后,治疗组总有效率为96.4%高于对照组的73.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金霉素眼膏—创可贴隔离膜能有效提高鼻腔粘连的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of chlortetracycline eye ointment-plastered isolation membrane in nasal adhesions.Methods 45 cases patients with nasal adhesions were randomly divided into treatment group（23 cases）and control group（22cases）.The nasal adhesions of treatment group was separated under the endoscopic,and microwave burning adhesions.Isolation adhesion surface with chlortetracycline eye ointment-band-aid isolation membrane.The control group tam-ponaded with vaseline gauze.After treated,compared the clinical effect of 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of treat-ment group（96.4%）was higher than that of control group（73.1%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chlortetracycline eye ointment combined with band-aid isolation membrane can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of nasal adhesions.
