COX-2、P53在胃癌组织中表达的意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨COX-2和P53在胃癌组织中的表达水平及与胃癌各项生物学行为之间的关系。方法收集经腹腔镜手术切除病理确诊胃癌的患者104例。根据免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测切除胃癌组织标本中环氧合酶-2(COX-2)及P53的表达水平,联系肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、临床病理分期以及肿瘤分化程度,比较探讨COX-2及P53表达水平与肿瘤发生以及生物学行为之间的关系。结果 COX-2和P53在胃癌组织中均有高表达,且与胃癌的分期、淋巴结转移等相关(P<0.05),而与肿瘤大小则无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论胃癌COX-2与P53的异常表达与胃癌的发生及其生物学行为密切相关。
