On Choices of Protective Path of the Sports Culture Preferential Right Enjoyed by Vulnerable Groups in Cities and Towns in Hunan

对湖南城镇弱势群体享受体育文化生活现状调查,总结归纳弱势群体体育文化享受权保护方面取得的成就,找出弱势群体享受体育文化过程中存在的问题,提出弱势群体体育文化享受权得到保护的路径,为全面实施《全民健身纲要》,构建和谐湖南提供建设性参考依据。

The core of the article is to find out the problems existed in the sports culture enjoyed by vulnerable groups through the ways of investigating the life of the vulnerable groups in Cities and towns in Hunan and summarizing the achievements in the enjoyment of sports culture preferential right. The paper aims at the protective path of sports culture preferential right enjoyed by vulnerable groups to provide some constructive references for the implement of the ＂National Fitness Program＂ and building a harmonious Hunan province.
