新疆高校排球运动的现状及参加CUVA的可行性研究

Research on the Feasibility of Participate in CUVA and Current Status of Volleyball Game in Colleges in Xin Jiang

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法,对新疆高校的排球运动现状进行研究,结果显示:排球运动深受大学生的喜爱,高校排球师资队伍有待提高,新疆高校的教学方法不能满足学生对排球的需要,场地设施缺乏,课余训练情况不太乐观,参加大型比赛机会少。最后就提高排球教学质量,加强排球师资队伍建设,加强课余训练,增加比赛次数,参加cuva等方面提出建议,以促进新疆高校排球运动的发展。

To conduct a research on current status of volleyball game in Xin Jiang via application of literature material, questionnaire, expert interviews, and numerical statistics. Result： Volleyball game favored by most of college students, but the coaching team needs to be improved. Teaching methods in colleges Xin Jiang could not meet the demands of students for volleyball game; there were insufficient field facilities; alter-class training was not optimistic; and students has little chance to take part in grand tournaments. Conclusion： Suggestions should be on the improvement of teaching quality, enlargement of coaching teams; intensifying the alter-class training, increasing the quantity of games, and taking part in the CUVA with regard to promote the college volleyball game in Xin Jiang.
