我国高校高水平运动队招生过程监控体系的研究

Research on the Monitoring System in the Admissions Process of High Level Sports Teams in Colleges and Universities

选取全国12所高校高水平运动队为研究对象,对其招生过程监控体系进行研究,具体为:监控内容、监控过程和监控方法。研究表明:我国高校高水平运动队招生监控过程较为复杂,招生过程监控体系涉及面广;招生过程监控执行力度不到位,尚未形成一套完整的监控体系。笔者基于监控方法和监控依据等监控因素的综合分析,构建了我国高水平运动队招生过程监控体系框架。首先,监控体系由监控部门、监控依据、监控过程和监控方法构成;监控以招生过程为主线有序进行,贯穿于招生始末。其次,在监控过程中,抓住关键,对技能考核重点监控,全程录像;重视反馈跟踪,形成长效监控机制。最后,监控方法手段应注重实效性,切实可行且便于操作。旨在完善高校高水平运动队招生过程的监督机制,确保高校高水平运动队的生源质量。

Selecting 12 high level sports teams in the colleges and universities as the research object, the monitoring system in the admissions process is discussed. The results show that monitoring process of recruit students in high level sports teams is complicated and broad; Enforcement is not in place, the complete set of monitoring system has not been formed. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the monitoring methods and basis, the monitoring system framework in the admissions process of high level college sports teams is constructed. The monitoring system includes monitoring department, monitoring basis, monitor process and monitoring method. Taking enroll students as the main line, the monitoring is conducted orderly and throughout the admissions process. The entire process of skills assessment is key, should be video recorded. The feedback track should be attached great importance to, to form a long-term monitoring mechanism. The effectiveness and operability should be paid attention to in the use of monitoring method.
