摘要
武术套路普修课教学是体育院校教育教学体系中的重要内容,武术作为民族传统体育项目,需对该教学方法进行探究,使学生更好的了解与掌握这项中国传统体育项目。分析了武术套路教学改革的意义,结合武术套路教学的几个基本阶段对其教学重心进行了论述,提出体育院校武术套路普修课教学改革措施。
In the common course for the wushu teaching is the important content in the sports colleges and universities education teaching system, the martial arts as a traditional sports project, need to explore the teaching methods, make students better understand and grasp the Chinese traditional sports. This paper analyzes the significance of wushu teaching reform, the basic stages of wushu teaching the teaching center of gravity are discussed, put forward in the common course for the sports college wushu teaching reform measures.
