Study on Rapid Propagation Technology of Dalbergia odorifera T. chen.

摘要 为了获得花梨木快速繁殖无菌苗,本试验以花梨木种子为材料研究不同植物生长调节剂对种子萌发、愈伤组织形成、腋芽萌发和生根的影响。结果表明:培养基MS+0.5 mg/LGA3最适合种子萌发;3.0 mg/L的BA与0.5mg/L的IAA的培养基为最佳生根培养基。 Using seeds of Dalbergia odorifera T. chen as materials, the effects of plant growth regulators on the seed germination, callus formation, axillary bud sprouting and rooting was studied in this experiment in order to establish the rapid propagation system of Dalbergia odorifera T. chen. The Result showed that MS+0.5mg/L GA3 was the most suitable medium for seed germination, MS medium added combination of 0.5 mg/L BA and 3.0 mg/L IAA was the best for callus induction, shoots were induced best on two medium formular MS+6BA 2.0+IBA 0.1 and MS+6BA 2.0+GA3 0.1, and 1/2MS+IBA 0.5 was the best medium for root inducing.
