摘要
牙齿、指(趾)甲、骨骼等硬组织由于具有不易受外界污染、保存时间长等优点成为法医物证检验中的常用检材。人体硬组织硬度高、DNA含量低,且DNA包埋在大量的角质蛋白、钙质内,其DNA提取的难度较大。本文旨在对从人体硬组织中提取DNA的方法进行综述。
Some of the calcareous tissues have the advantages that they can hardly be polluted so as to be preserved for a long time. The human calcareous tissues are full of so much calcium and keratin protein that the DNA are embedded in them, which is difficult to extracted. The methods about extraction of DNA from calcareous tissues are summarized in this paper.
