当前,针对温州市鹿城区公共自行车系统存在的借、还车不畅通,调度不及时,借车后不能用等问题,选取系统评价指标影响因素:站点位置设定和锁桩数量设置,构建了站点综合评价体系,对目前公共自行车系统中各租赁点做出评价;认为部分站点的设置和锁桩数量的配置需要做相应的调整,实现各租赁点站点位置设定层次化和站点规模等级化,并且优化系统网络功能,提升系统服务管理能力,将对公共自行车高效率运转起到非常重要的推动作用。
