98例耐多药结核病患者治疗管理依从性单因素分析

Univariate analysis of the factors affecting treatment compliance of 98 multidrug-resistant tuberculosis patients

目的探讨耐多药结核病患者治疗管理依从性的影响因素。方法于2007-2009年对河南省12个市级结核病防治机构治疗满一年的98例耐多药肺结核病患者治疗进行问卷调查,利用卡方对影响治疗依从性的可能因素进行单因素分析。结果观察1年的治疗,耐药种类、不良反应的发生、交通不便、经济困难、结核病防治知识的知晓情况对患者治疗管理依从性均有影响,其对比均有显著性差异。结论耐多药结核病患者依从性受多种因素的影响,积极采取相应对策,可以提高耐多药肺结核患者的治疗依从性,降低治疗失败率和病死率。

Objective To explore influencing factors on compliance of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis（MDR-TB）treatment. Methods From January 2007 to December 2009, questionnaire survey on 98 cases of MDR-TB patients treated in one year, x2 was adopted to analyze the factors affecting compliance of MDR-TB treatment. Results Types of drug resistant, adverse reactions, inconvenient transportation, economic difficulties, awareness of TB Knowledge, were risk factors for compliance of MDR-TB patients treatment and management. Conclusion Many factors could affect the compliance of MDR-TB treatment and management, took appropriate countermeasures could improve treatment compliance and reduce treatment failure and mortality of MDR-TB.
