医院护理人员膳食营养知-信-行问卷信度分析

To evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire for dietary nutrition survey of the nursing staff

目的以信度指标分析自制护理人员膳食营养知-信-行问卷质量,为制定标准的调查问卷提供参考。方法随机抽样法随机抽取郑州市中医院护理人员100名,采用现场调查方式分别在第1周、第3周、第5周进行重测信度调查,并采用整群分层随机抽样方法抽取12家医院1366名护理人员进行内部一致性信度分析。重测信度分析采用Pearson和Spearman相关分析法,内部一致性分析采用Cronbach’sα系数。结果知识、态度、行为维度及总问卷的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.793、0.895、0.877和0.882,重测信度分别为0.592、0.495、0.413和0.495。结论该自制问卷的信度较高,可为规范的护理膳食营养调查问卷设计提供参考。

Objective To evaluate the reliability of nutrition knowledge,attitude and practice questionnaire of nurses,to prove evidence for the proprietary standards. Methods 100 paramedics were choosed by random sampling,and triple field investigations was choosed between five weeks,the frist week,the third week and the fivth week.1366 paramedics were choosed from 12 hospitals in zhenghzou city by the Stratified random sampling for the internal consistency. Pearson and Spearman correlation analysis was used to evaluate retest reliability,Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient analysis was used to evaluate internal consistency. Results The retest reliability of knowledge,attitude and practice dimension and total questionnaire were 0.592,0.495,0.413 and 0.495,respectively,Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient were 0.793,0.895,0.877 and 0.882,respectively. Conclusion The questionnaire has good reliability,and can provide a reference for similar research.
