1978年至今,我国大学与政府关系变革经历了从集权到分权、从人治到法治、从管制到服务的历史性转化。下一阶段,要继续优化大学与政府关系,推进现代大学制度建设和国家治理体系现代化,进一步形成既有利于知识生产,又有利于国家发展的良性互动机制。

Since 1978, the relationship between the university and the government changes from centralization to decentralization, from rule of man to rule of law, from control to serving.
