摘要
目的:探讨社会支持和工作满意度对护工总体幸福感的影响。方法。采用问卷调查法,对苏州巿一家综合性三级医院52名护工进行调查。结果:52名护士总体幸福感得分为(81.27±8.58)分,社会支持总得分为(33.75±5.66)分,工作满意度得分为(16.79±3.91)。逐步多元回归分析显示,护工总体幸福感的主要影响因素为主观支持和工作满意度。结论:护工总体幸福感不高,医院管理者应根据影响因素采取措施,增加护工的社会支持和工作满意度。
Objective :To determine the impact of social support and job satisfaction on care workers' general well - being. Methods : Care workers from a cer- tain grade 3 A hospital in Suzhou were selected as research objects. Questionnaires were used to investigate the correlations between social support ,job satis- faction and care workers' general well - being. Results:The mean score of general well - being was (81.27 ± 8.58 ) ,the mean score of social support was ( 33.75 ± 5.66 ) and the mean score of job satisfaction was ( 16.79±3.91 ). Stepwise multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors of care workers' general well - being were subjective support and job satisfaction. Conclusions :The score of general well - being is not high. Accord- ing to the main influencing factors, Hospital administrators should take effective measures to improve care workers'social support and job satisfaction.
