摘要
目的:了解肝胆专科医院临床护士针刺伤后的个人随访意愿和配合情况,分析影响针刺伤随访意愿的因素,探讨对策。方法:采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对我院10名护士发生针刺伤的心理变化和配合随访的意愿等内容进行分析。结果:主观因素(包括相关知识缺乏、职业风险感知淡漠、消极情绪)和客观因素(包括保健室人员配置不合理、随访周期长)是影响护士针刺伤随访配合度的主要原因。结论:医院应加强对护士的职业防护教育,规范操作流程,提高防范意识,进一步完善针刺伤支持系统。
Objective ：To understand follow -up wishes and cooperation situations of needlestick injured nurses in hepatobiliary specialized hospitals, and analyze its influence factors and figure out suitable measures. Methods ： We analyzed the psychological changes and wishes to support follow -up visiting of 10 needle stick injured nurses,according to phenomenological methods based on qualitative research. Results：Subjective factors on how willing to support follow - up visiting include lack of related knowledge, ignorance of career risks and negative emotions. Misallocation of health center staffs and long cycles of follow -up visiting were the main factores. Concluslon： Hospitals should strengthen education on vocational protection for nurses,standardize the process and raise awareness. Needlestick injury supporting system should be further improved.
