摘要
目的:探讨自我管理教育对维持性血液透析患者健康状况的影响。方法:对透析时间6个月以上且一直在我院规律透析能读懂问卷并且愿参加本活动的26例以认知行为干预为主的自我管理教育,比较教育前后患者的自我管理水平、健康状况的变化。结果:干预6个月后患者的自我管理能力和健康状况均优于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:自我管理教育能有效提高患者的自我管理行为,并发现患者自我管理行为中的薄弱环节,改善患者的健康状况,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective : To analyze the effect of self - management education for maintenance hemodialysis patients on their healthy status. Methods : Twenty - six patients who had received maintenance hemodialysis for at least 6 months and whose condition were stable in the past 6 months were enrolled in this stud- y. They were taught the knowledge about hemodialysis and the methods to solve the problem in daily life. After 6 months' education, we compared the pa- tients' nutritional status quality of life, rehabilitation status, self - management capacity. Results : After 6 months, nutritional status quality of life and ability of self- management were improved. Conclusions:Self- management education can improve continuous maintenance hemodialysis patients' self- management capacity,to find the students' shortages in the field and accordingly improve their holistic healthy status.
