临床护理路径在肛裂择期手术患者中的应用

Application of clinical nursing path in patients with anal fissure elective surgery

目的：探讨临床护理路径在肛裂择期手术患者中的应用效果。方法：以2011年5月～2013年5月我院收治的100例实施肛裂择期手术的患者为研究对象，随机等分为对照组和试验组。对照组实施常规护理，试验组实施临床护理路径。记录两组患者的平均住院时间、住院费用和护理满意度。结果：试验组患者的平均住院时间明显短于对照组，平均住院费用少于对照组，护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异存在统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论：在肛裂择期手术患者中实施临床护理路径，能够对患者实施有序和系统的护理，节省更多的时间和资源，提高患者的满意度。

Objective ：To discuss the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the application of anal fissure patients with elective surgical procedures. Methods ： In the 100 cases of our hospital, anal fissure patients undergoing elective surgery for the objects and they were randanly divided into control group and experi- mental group. The control group with routine nursing, the experimental group implemented of clinical nursing path. Results：The average length of hospital stay in patients of experimental group was shorter than the control group, the average hospitalization costs less than the control group, nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion：The implementation of clinical nursing pathway in patients with anal fissure undergoing elective surgery, can implement orderly and systematic nursing to patients, to save more time and resources to improve the patient＇s satisfaction.
